A hysterical Public Service Announcement from the 1930s about smoking weed. In this case, about a group of nearly 30 year old teenagers who are in the grip of an incredibly dangerous hard-drug that (as we all know) gives you a huge burst of energy. This results in outbursts of violence and skirt-above-the-ankle sexuality. Beware of the devil's oregano!
